We thoroughly vet suppliers and understand their businesses inside and out. Developing deep relationships, we are able to manage the performance of our supply base for quality, on-time delivery. Communication is key, and it is constant.
Processes Meant to Protect
At PPI, we leave nothing to chance. We’ve developed effective inventory management strategies that protect our clients during supply chain fluctuations. As part of our White Glove Service, we are willing to hold inventory in the form of finished goods and raw materials based on individual agreements with our customers. We have success managing various ordering types from KanBan to blanket orders to spot buys, depending on customer needs.
